Flat-Rate Pricing
WavClip uses a flat fee pricing model. Clients pay a fixed price per job tier with no hidden fees.

Escrow & Payment Processing
- All payments are held in escrow by Stripe until the client approves the footage.
- Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are absorbed by WavClip. Clients always pay the exact listed price. Interviewers always receive their exact listed earning on approved jobs.
- WavClip never stores credit card details. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
- WavClip's flat platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances including disputes, job declines, and refunds.
Refund Policy
Redo Request
Clients may request one free redo if not satisfied with the footage. The redo request must include specific, actionable feedback via the in-app chat. Each order allows only one redo request. Redo requests cannot be made after a job has been approved.
Declined After Redo
If the client declines after using their redo: the client receives an 80% refund of the total job price; the interviewer keeps 20% of their flat earning for the effort; WavClip's platform fee is retained in full; the client loses access to the footage and cannot download it.
Pre-Acceptance Cancellation
If the client cancels an order before the interviewer accepts it, a full refund is issued. Once an interviewer has accepted, the redo and decline policy applies.
Interviewer Payouts
- Interviewer payouts are processed within 3 to 5 business days after job approval via Stripe Connect.
- Interviewers must complete a one-time Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.
- Payout availability may vary by country and local banking systems.
- Interviewers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
Off-Platform Payment Prohibition
No off-platform payments are permitted. Any attempt by either party to arrange, request, or complete payment outside of WavClip results in: immediate permanent account ban for both parties; forfeiture of all pending payments and earnings; possible legal action. This policy is monitored and enforced with zero tolerance.
